Public Comment <br />Kysylyczyn asked if anyone would like to provide public <br />conllnent. No one came forward to speak. <br />IV. Recess to Regular Meeting <br />Regular Meeting <br />I. Communications <br />A. Brief Update on Residential Solid Waste and <br />Recycling Citizen Advisory Committee (RSWRCAC) <br />Status Report <br />Tim Pratt, Recycling Coordinator, introduced Todd <br />Anderson, a member of RSWRCAC. Mr. Anderson <br />summarized the topics addressed by RSWRCAC in its <br />eight meetings so far. Mr. Anderson said he would be <br />returning to provide a complete report to the Council as <br />soon as RSWRCAC finished its work. <br />B. Review of Court-Ordered Redistricting Plan <br />Kysylyczyn used the presentation desk to display a map <br />showing the effect of the Court-ordered Redistricting <br />Plan. Our federal congressional district remains District <br />4. Roseville remains entirely within the same state <br />senate district. However, as for the state house districts, <br />most of Roseville remains in the area currently <br />represented by Mindy Greiling; a small portion of the <br />northeast part of Roseville becomes part of the area <br />currently represented by Representative Carl Jacobson. <br />II.
