Robert Lichtscheidl Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Allow Construction of a 1008 sq ft Accessory Structure (detached garage) at 2550 Western Avenue (PF3374) Kough moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, adoption of a resolution approving the request by Robert Lichtscheidl for a Conditional Use Permit allowing the construction of a 1,008 square foot detached accessory building (garage) in the rear yard of property located at 2550 Western Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and 6, and subject to the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission listed in Section 7 of the project report dated 03/25/02. Welsch overviewed this request. He described the test for a conditional use permit under the Roseville City Code. He summarized the proceedings before and findings of the Planning Commission.
