<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 09/] 1/06 <br />Minutes - Page ]4 <br /> <br />continuing their partnership for redevelopment of this site. <br /> <br />Emil Kucera, 3098 Hamline Avenue <br />Lake Josephine Homeowners Association <br />Mr. Kucera sought clarification on storm drainage from the site, <br />expressing concern regarding flow into Lake Josephine. <br /> <br />Overflow of polluted water; will it flow into Lake Josephine; do <br />we have approval by RCWD <br /> <br />The applicant and staff responded to expressed concerns and <br />various methods for storm water management. <br /> <br />Timothy Callahan, 3062 Shorewood Lane <br />Mr. Callahan expressed concerns regarding pond and home <br />elevations outlined on the plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke addressed expressed concerns, noting that this was a <br />General Concept Plan, and if approved tonight, would then go <br />through detailed engineering, staff review for meeting design <br />element and code requirements; and come before the Council <br />again for Final Plan approval after those details had been worked <br />out. <br /> <br />Mr. Callahan expressed additional concerns regarding width of <br />the Hamline Avenue right-of-way, density of the area, and <br />projected traffic study demographics and projections; and also <br />questioned eventual ownership and maintenance of the proposed <br />storm water pond. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke again advised that review of those issues and those <br />decisions would be part of the design and approval process of <br />engineers, staff and the developer, along with other permitting and <br />licensing agencies, prior to Final Plat approval. <br /> <br />Joanie McDonald, 3030 N Hamline Avenue <br />Ms. McDonald questioned the front yard setbacks, requesting they <br />be setback an additional five feet. <br /> <br />Revised Motions as outlined by City Attorney Anderson <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, approval of the <br />
