<br />City Council Minutes - 07/15/02 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Schroeder asked about the expandability of each of the <br />three City Hall/Police Department concepts. <br />Kysylyczyn asked about parking and ingress/egress <br />Issues. <br /> <br />Schroeder preferred Alternative 3 from a traffic safety <br />and parking approach. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn asked about moving the Alternative 3, one- <br />floor design concept to the west of the current City Hall <br />building as in Alternative 1. Kysylyczyn also asked <br />about creating a new council chamber. Kysylyczyn <br />spol<:e in favor of a County Road C access for the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Klausing asked if the Council could wait until July 29to <br />select a concept. <br /> <br />Kough noted that the voters would have the final say on <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Council then turned to Public Comment and other items <br />and returned to this matter later. <br /> <br />III. Public Comment Public Comment <br />A. Kysylyczyn asked for Public Comment. No one came <br />forward. <br /> <br />IV.
