Kysylyczyn also asked <br />about creating a new council chamber. Kysylyczyn <br />spol<:e in favor of a County Road C access for the Police <br />Department. <br /> <br />Klausing asked if the Council could wait until July 29to <br />select a concept. <br /> <br />Kough noted that the voters would have the final say on <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Council then turned to Public Comment and other items <br />and returned to this matter later. <br /> <br />III.
