Dick Houck: Expressed concerns about staff in <br />light of Al Sands' comments. <br /> <br />There being no further speakers, Kysylyczyn closed the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Klausing spoke to the principles he supported in an <br />assessment policy. He spoke against the motion based <br />on logic and fairness. <br /> <br />Maschka described his view of the purpose of <br />assessments. Miller <br />said he found no evidence of double-dipping and that <br />Roseville's road building and accounting practices are <br />similar to other cities. <br /> <br />Sands reiterated that the City has double-dipped. <br /> <br />Kough stated an assessment is a tax and he won't assess <br />or tax churches. <br />MaSChka commented on the assessment policies of <br />neighboring cities. <br />
