The motion failed. <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved confirmation of the City Manager's <br />appointment of Jensen, Bell, Converse and Erickson as <br />Prosecuting Attorney, subject to negotiation of a final <br />legal services agreement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing stated that he was willing to <br />discuss the issue without a motion. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn, as Chair, ruled that the motion had <br />been seconded. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets asked for clarification on whether a <br />second to the motion had been received; with confirmation <br />that no second had been noted other than the Chair ruling. <br /> <br />There was no Council comment or discussion. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn called the motion to confirm. <br />
