Mr.
Norgaard expressed his strong desire that the City
continue to provide public meeting facilities for its
residents.

Mayor Kysylyczyn asked each speaker representing an
organization if their organization promoted defeat or
election of any candidate, or if their meetings required
police officers to be present. Mr. Norgaard responded no.
Mr. Goedeke also responded no. Other groups responded
accordingly.

John Goedeke, 2674 Virginia Avenue (past City
Council member)
Mr. Goedeke, a past member of the City Council and
current Vice President of the North Suburban Golden K
Kiwanis Club, stated that if the City charged a fee for rent,
there was no way it could continue to function in
Roseville. Mr. Goedeke stated that the purpose of the
group was to work with youth programs and activities
within the City. Mr. Goedeke stated that, should his
organization be required to move out of Roseville, the
community would no longer benefit from the group's
fundraising activities for youth.

Mayor Kysylyczyn asked Police Lieutenant Mathwig to
come to the podium, and asked several questions regarding
the Lieutenant's monitoring of the August 22, 2002
referenced meeting. Lieutenant Mathwig stated that, to
the best of his knowledge, only one group using city
rooms had required police services at city expense.

Tam McGeehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane
