Consider Canceling the November 25, 2006 City <br />Council Meeting <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, cancellation of <br />the November 25, 2002 regular City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />x. <br /> <br />Ordinances & Resolutions <br /> <br />A. Second Reading and Enactment - Pawn Shop <br />Ordinance <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Kough seconded adoption of <br />Ordinance No. 1275 entitled, "An Ordinance Amending <br />Title 3, Chapter 311 of the Roseville City Code <br />Concerning Pawnbrokers and Precious Metal Dealers," <br />allowing the Roseville Police Department to become <br />participating members of the Automated Pawn System <br />(APS). <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B.
