Campaign Finance Reform (Video) Campaign Finance <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn announced that a video from a group Reform <br />called, "Fair and Clean Elections," would be presented (Video) <br />during the upcoming recess. <br /> <br />C. Council Chamber Technology Update Council Chamber <br />Staff had alerted Councilmembers of their intent to Technology Update <br />provide information regarding this item at the December 9, <br />2002 regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn questioned City Manager Beets on the <br />upcoming presentation (i.e., who would make the <br />presentation and their capability to answer the <br />technological questions and whether representatives from <br />AT & T would be available), <br /> <br />City Manager Beets responded that staff would be <br />prepared on December 9th to discuss flat top monitors and <br />the proposed plasma screen. <br /> <br />D. Retirees Health Insurance Benefits <br />Finance Director Miller, at the urging of Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn, advised of staffs preliminary evaluation of a <br />city-sponsored medical savings account using employee <br />pre-tax dollars and available through a cooperative of <br /> <br />Retirees Health <br />Insurance <br />Benefits <br />
