<br />Regular City Council Minutes -12/02/02 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />other cities and counties with the League of Minnesota <br />Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT). <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn and Councilmembers encouraged the <br />Human Resources and Finance Department staff to <br />continue their evaluation and return at a later date with <br />additional information. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn expressed his concern that the City <br />consistently involve retirees in the selection process for <br />health care providers as are the current employees. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets assured Mayor Kysylyczyn and <br />Councilmembers that staff had provided notice to retirees <br />this year, and his office intended to improve <br />communication with retirees on a consistent basis in the <br />future as well. <br /> <br />Ilecess Ilecess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 6:50 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn welcomed Weibolos Cub Scout Pack 266 <br />from the St. Rose of Lima School to the podium who were <br />attending the Council meeting to earn their Citizen Activity <br />Badge.
