These facilities will provide leisure opportunities far ath�etics, cultural and social activities. RATIONALE- We believe that there is a current demand that wz11 continue to grow well past the year 2000 for large, unique feature areas that service special interests, promote sociability and provide centralized commu- nity gathering spaces. These faciZities will allow for maximum par- ticipation and a sense of community pride. STRATEGIES• l. Construct a Roseville Community Center which could provide areas for seniors, gymnastics, court games, fitness, water piay, meeting space, cultural arts and socia� gatherings. 3
