<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 11113/06 <br />Minutes - Page 16 <br /> <br />indicate to the City Council their required motions and whether <br />they required simple or super majority vote, in consultation with <br />the City Attorney's office. <br /> <br />Discussion included a tentative schedule from staff to discuss land <br />use applications, with staff noting that any final considerations <br />could not be made until the AUAR Environmental review had <br />been completed, and that such review was anticipated no earlier <br />than December. <br /> <br />Further discussion included the 60-day review and 60-day <br />extension for land use applications related to environmental <br />reviews, with City Attorney Anderson advising that under <br />established state law, the clock stopped for the 60-day review <br />period for the environmental review process. <br /> <br />Additional discussion included whether the new proposal would <br />be before the City Council at their next meeting, or discussed "in <br />a vacuum;" assumptions related to requests for public funding <br />(i.e., Tax Increment Financing) for the new proposal; and the <br />previous discussions held to-date on policy decisions of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Friends of Roseville Parks <br />Mayor Klausing requested an agenda item for the November 20, <br />2006 Study Session for Monte Johnson with Friends of Roseville <br />Parks to discuss a funding proposal for adding restrooms and <br />changing areas at the Harriet Alexander nature Center, as well as <br />an Asian style garden. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Consider a Preliminary Plat for Art Mueller at 2201 Acorn <br />Road (PF 3791) <br />Maschka moved, Ihlan seconded, tabling action on this request; <br />and authorizing staff to provide written extension of the 60-day <br />review period for this land use case. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Kough; Maschka and Ihlan. <br />Nays: Klausing. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark, noted that discussion on lot splits was programmed for <br /> <br />Preliminary Plat <br />Art Mueller <br />2201 Acorn Road <br />
