Mr. Stark <br />advised that staff had identified only approximately 75-100 <br />single-family lots in the entire community that had characteristics <br />allowing for subdivision; and that most of those were in a pattern. <br />Mr. Stark advised that staff would have the information available <br />for the City Council, and would seek policy direction in those <br />areas. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust also requested that additional research be <br />provided from other communities, as gathered by staff and/or <br />individual Councilmembers, to allow an in-depth discussion and <br />in order to keep the discussion process moving. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka concurred; noting that he and staff had <br />held lengthy discussions to date, and also desired to keep the <br />. . <br />revIew process movmg. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark requested that Councilmembers provide their research <br />information to staff for copying and discussion at that meeting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised that he would work with staff, <br />and have the proposed moratorium language available for action <br />at the November 27,2006 regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council consensus was affirmative; with the preliminary report <br />available for Council discussion and review at the November 20, <br />2006 Study Session. <br /> <br />City Attorney Direction - Moratorium <br />City Attorney Anderson sought clarification from <br />Councilmembers as to their intent for the proposed moratorium. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that the moratorium include all residential <br />subdivisions, not just minor subdivisions. <br /> <br />Mr. Stark sought clarification of Council intent for residential, <br />single-family lots and/or multi-family lots. <br /> <br />Council consensus was that the moratorium include residential, <br />single-family lots, not multi-family lots. <br />
