City Council Regular Meeting - 11/13/06 Minutes - Page 17 the November 20, 2006 City Council Study Session. Mr. Stark advised that staff had identified only approximately 75-100 single-family lots in the entire community that had characteristics allowing for subdivision; and that most of those were in a pattern. Mr. Stark advised that staff would have the information available for the City Council, and would seek policy direction in those areas. Councilmember Pust also requested that additional research be provided from other communities, as gathered by staff and/or individual Councilmembers, to allow an in-depth discussion and in order to keep the discussion process moving. Councilmember Maschka concurred; noting that he and staff had held lengthy discussions to date, and also desired to keep the . . revIew process movmg. Mr. Stark requested that Councilmembers provide their research information to staff for copying and discussion at that meeting. City Attorney Anderson advised that he would work with staff, and have the proposed moratorium language available for action at the November 27,2006 regular Council meeting. Council consensus was affirmative; with the preliminary report available for Council discussion and review at the November 20, 2006 Study Session. City Attorney Direction - Moratorium City Attorney Anderson sought clarification from Councilmembers as to their intent for the proposed moratorium. Council consensus was that the moratorium include all residential subdivisions, not just minor subdivisions. Mr. Stark sought clarification of Council intent for residential, single-family lots and/or multi-family lots. Council consensus was that the moratorium include residential, single-family lots, not multi-family lots.
