The Councii's <br />Guide/�olicy Plan indicates that the annual daily average for <br />residential waste generation is 2.75 lbs./person/day. Ramsey <br />Caunty's Mastez Plan uses 2.4 lbs./person/day as the generation <br />rate. <br />r'7 <br />
