Seniors, retirees, and over 65 year olds <br />were more often "opposed." <br />It should be nated, however, that the latter program is <br />controversia� in the minds of many of its intended recipients. <br />In general, though, residents support a more activist approach by <br />the City on the funding of housing improvements. <br />Redevelo ment Preferences: <br />Roseville interviewees were asked a pair of questions about <br />the type af new development they would support or oppose. <br />Initially, preferences were elicited: <br />Redevelopment is qoing to occur in <br />Roseville due ta land values and <br />�arket pressures.
