Minnesata Cammunity Project <br />Carolyn Curti circulated a copy af the report The Clianging Shape of Minnesota which <br />reported on an in depth study of Minnesotans' attitudes about a variety of issues including <br />race and imrnigration. Commissioners discussed immigration issues and changing attitudes in <br />Minnesota. Several Commissioners requested copies of the 86 page regort. <br />Commissioners then discussed ways to reach members of the community. Commissioners <br />suggested that we promote what is goad in the commutxity, others said we need to work with <br />children. Qthers want ways to "spice up" the discussion about human rights, make it more <br />interesting. Chair McKenzie asked Commissioners to brainstorr�► ideas to do outreach to the <br />community. <br />Adjaurnment <br />Commissioner Vnuk moved to adjo.urn and Commissioner Crump seconded the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br />3 <br />
