Trainor <br />expressed concern over DHR appareni failure to submit pending or current grievances to <br />local HRCs. McKenzie reported that other cities were thinking of going to the <br />Legislature to ask for intervention, pursuant to the jurisdiction over grievances granted <br />local HRCs in MN Statute 3G3.115.
