5. Foilow-up contact with the victim{s) should be made within one week in person <br />or by telephone by fhe Commission Chair or designated contact person. Check on <br />any recurrences, other problems and offer continued support. <br />6. Comrnission Chair or designee will iniiiate follow-up contact in ane month and <br />beyond as appropriate. <br />7. After follow-up has occurred, the Commission and Roseville City representatives <br />involved s�all meet as necessary to review the process of response and take action <br />or make changes. <br />8. The Commission will send letters ai appreciation to network representatives <br />involved. <br />9. The Commission will provide a summary report ofthe response to the Roseville <br />City Council and Police Chief <br />10. At least arzzivally, the Commission will review the overaIl process and recommend <br />necessary amendments to the City Co�tncil and Police Chief. <br />11. The Commission will periodically sponsor training to promote the understanding <br />and prevention of hate/bias crimes through collaborative community action. <br />Proposed 4/13/2004 3 <br />
