5. Follow-up contact vvith the vicfiim(s) should be made within one �veek in person <br />� ar by telephone by the Commission Chair or designated contact person. Check on <br />any recunrences, other problems and offer cantinued support. <br />6. Commission Chair or designee will initiate folloti�-up contact in one month and <br />beyond as appropriate. <br />7. After follow-up has occ�rred, the Commission and Roseville Gity representatives <br />involved shall meet as necessary ta review the process of response and take action <br />or make changes. <br />S. The Commission will send let#ers of appreciation to network representatives <br />involved. <br />9. The Commission will provide a surnmary report of t��e response to the Raseville <br />City Council anc� Police Chief <br />10. At least annually, the Commission will review the overall process and recpmmend <br />necessary amendments to the Gity Councii and Police Chief. <br />1 I.
