Stafion Location, Apparatus, and Staffing Analysis <br />Roseville, MN <br />staff will be a future issue for Roseville and should be part of a strategic planning process for the <br />jurisdiction now. <br />#4 - Career Supervision <br />RFD responses to over 4,000 calls per year and the vast majority are EMS related of <br />naiure. The need for consistent professional supervision is critical. A 24/7 career supervision <br />structure for RFD must be analyzed to provide citizens with quality emergency services system. <br />#5 - Relocation of Fire Administration <br />Fire administration is currently located in City Hall. This lacation is remote to daily <br />department operations and emergency response. Relocation of fire administration to Yhe main fire <br />station would allow for more efficient use of key personnel and provide additional flexibility for <br />shift supervision.
