PRIORITY 4. <br />AP 6.12 PIE Division shall provide a minimum of 50 smoke detectors annually through <br />biock parties, o�en houses, fire prevention prograrns, and collaboration with civic clubs. <br />PRI�RITY 3. <br />AP b.13 PIE Division shall work to identify crcative ways to spread fire and accident <br />prevention material throughout the community. PRIORITY 5. <br />AP 6.14 PIE Division officers shall coordinate a minimum of threc fire <br />safety/recruitment presentations to civic clubs and organizations annually, reaching a <br />minimum of 100 adults. PRIORITY 2. <br />AP 6.15 Operations Division will periodically conduct customer satisfaction surveys <br />after fire department responses and provide "After the Fire" pamphlets for all custorrxers <br />experiencing a structural fire. It shall be the goal to obtain an average satisfaction rating <br />of 90% or higher each year. PRIORITY 3. <br />AP 6.16 Administration Division will establish and/or coordinate the following events: <br />annual firefighter appreciation banquet with service awards presenta.tions, annual <br />firefighter promotional and retuement ceremonies, and an annual firefighter mass. <br />PRIQRITY 2. <br />AP 6.17 Operations and Ac�ministration Divisions will implement a"Be Our Guest" <br />program (by invitation) to providc an interactive social environment between firef ghters <br />and community, civic, and business leaders. PRIORITY 4. <br />AP 5.18 PIE Division shall, with the assistance of civilian volunteers, establish and <br />coordinate a"Birthday Party" program where parents can schcdule, for a fec, birthday <br />parties in a Raseville Fire station, which includes a tour and fire prcvention program. <br />PRIOR�TY 5. <br />AP 6.19 PIE Division, in collaboration with the Operations Division, shali establish and <br />coordinate a"Fire Depa.rtment Ride-Along" program_ This program will be offered to <br />civic clubs and non-profit orga.nizations to utilize as fundraisers. It shall be the goal to <br />have a minimum of 12 ride-along coupons given away annually. PRIORITY 5. <br />External agencies <br />RFD must interact, and in many cases, comply with regulations established by external <br />agencies. A focus on meeting the expectations of these external customers ensu�res the <br />effectiveness of RFD. There are positive benefits from responsibly meeting the <br />expecta.tions of external agencies. The hallmark of a geat organization is how it interacts <br />with those entities requiring its attention.
