City of Roseville — 2004 Budget Division /Program: Police Investigations Organizational Responsibility: Chief of Police Division /Program Description The Criminal Investigation Unit is responsible for the review, follow -up and case presentation to the County /City attorney on all criminal cases that are not resolved at the Department's Patrol Unit Level. The Investigation Unit's activities are accounted for in the General Fund. 2004 Goals and Objectives • Implement a monthly cable television program highlighting recent criminal investigations, patrol activities, and crime prevention tips. • Coordinate an aggressive crime prevention program with the Parks and Recreation Department to lower criminal activity in the City's Parks.
