Budget Amendments - Approve 2006 Budget Amendments Discussion included whether the revenues had yet been realized in the Information Technology area from contract cities, or if it was pro- jected revenue; with City Finance Director Miller responding that some had been realized, and some was upfront assistance as part of the engagement process; but noted that the majority had been reim- bursed. Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the following 2006 year-end budget amendments: Fund Brief Description Amount General Fund Additional appropriation for public safety-related $155,000 expend itu res General Fund Additional appropriation for public works-related 65,000 expenditures Communications Fund Additional appropriation for 'Other Services and 15,000 CharQes' License Center Fund Additional appropriation for salaries, rent and 65,000 renovation costs Lawful Gamblinq Fund Additional appropriation for other charges 34,000 Information Technol- Additional appropriate for 'Other Services and 110,000 ogy Fund Charqes' Roll Call Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust and Klausing. Set a Public Hearing - Set a Public Hearing on April 23, 2007 for Lake Owasso Water Ski Course and Water Ski Jump Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, establishing a Public Hearing for the City Council meeting of April 23, 2007, to consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a wa- ter ski course and jump on Lake Owasso for the 2007 season.
