Liquor License - Public Hearing and Consideration of an on-Sale <br />Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License for California Pizza <br />Kitchen, 854 Rosedale Center <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 6: 13 p.m. <br /> <br />Finance Director Miller provided a brief summation of the request for <br />an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for California <br />Pizza Kitchen, located at 854 Rosedale Center in the new Rosedale <br />Plaza addition. Mr. Miller advised that the necessary fees had been <br />paid by the applicant; and that the City had completed the necessary <br />background investigations. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 6: 15 p.m., with no one <br />appeared for or against. <br /> <br />Roe moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of an On-Sale and Sunday In- <br />toxicating liquor license for California Pizza Kitchen, located at 854 <br />Rosedale Center, for the term of April 1, 2007 through December 31, <br />2007. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Roe; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />10.
