<br />Regular City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, April 23, 2007 <br />Page 22 <br /> <br />Captain Mathwig advised that the Water Patrol Deputies could be <br />provided with a videotape of tonight's meeting, specific to this discus- <br />SlOn. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing questioned whether that would be appropriate, or if <br />the Sheriff, as the policy maker, needed to be provided with the in- <br />formation. <br /> <br />City Manager Malinen advised that he would prepare correspondence <br />related to tonight's discussion to the Ramsey County Sheriff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan strongly encouraged that a copy of the meeting <br />minutes be provided to the Ramsey County Sheriff. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust reiterated the Council's request to staff to re- <br />search and provide additional information regarding regulatory au- <br />thority for chemical uses and regulating overuse in public bodies of <br />water or adjacent properties. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />10.
