Public Comment - Receive Public Comment on the Single-Family <br />Residential Lot Split Study Final Report <br />Mayor Klausing opened the public comment portion of the meeting <br />related to the Final Report on the Single Family Residential Lot Split <br />Study at 7:16 p.rn. and invited public comment, respectfully request- <br />ing that speakers limit their comments to five minutes to allow every- <br />one wishing to do so time to speak. <br /> <br />Community Development Director John Stark and Economic Devel- <br />opment Associate Jamie Radel introduced the process to-date, and <br />noted that five members of the Citizen Advisory Group (CAG) were <br />present to hear public comment. <br /> <br />Public Comment <br />Ms. Radel presented two written comments as bench handouts for the <br />public record: <br />An e-mail from Joan Felice, 22 Mid Oaks Road, expressing concern <br />regarding the Lot Split Study report; and the Community Develop- <br />ment Department staff memo, dated June 8, 2007 and previously <br />hand-delivered to the City Council, responding to and analyzing the <br />alternative Lot Split Policy recommendations previously presented by <br />Ms. Tam McGehee. <br /> <br />Councilmember Roe noted the e-mail received late this afternoon <br />from Patricia Brennan, 37 Mid Oaks Lane, expressing concern about <br />the study results. <br /> <br />Karen Schaffer, 2100 Fairview Avenue <br />Ms. Schaffer opined that the lot split study report was a good start on <br />a difficult, complicated and contentious issue; further opining that it <br />
