Status Report - Receive a Status Report on Northwestern College Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment and Environ- mental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) Community Development Director John Stark reviewed the Discre- tionary Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) currently being completed by Northwestern College for the Cities of Arden Hills and Roseville pertaining to their request for an amended Planned Unit De- velopment (PUD). Mr. Stark presented a schedule prepared by Northwestern College en- titled, "Northwestern College PUD and EA W Schedule. City Attorney Anderson noted that the 30-day comment period ends June 20; with Roseville City Council final action on the PUD and an- ticipated issuance of a negative declaration on the EIS anticipated at the July 23, 2007 Council meeting.
