Ms. Ramalingam stated "bravo" to the City <br /> Council for bringing this to Roseville and thanked them for their efforts. Ms. Ra- <br /> malingam opined, from her experience, that people come to these establishments for <br /> tasting of fine beer and wine,with no food served other than used to cleanse the pal- <br /> let, and not defined as drinking establishments,but rather as tasting events. <br /> Rick Poeshel, Midland Condominiums,Roseville <br /> Mr. Poeshel noted the exception for this type of license not being required to serve <br /> food or have a restaurant. Mr. Poeshel questioned why this applicant didn't fall un- <br /> der current rules and regulations, opining that there must have been a good reason <br /> for the original law when passed for liquor and food to be served together. Mr. Po- <br /> eeshel asked that the City Council take that into consideration in their decision- <br /> making. <br /> Jason Siverson, 15350 Xkimo St. NW, Ramsey,MN <br /> Mr. Siverson stated that he looked forward to this as a destination for craft beer <br /> sampling in the area, and looked forward to seeing it proceed in Roseville. <br /> Mayor Roe closed the Public Hearing at approximately 7:32 p.m. <br /> 12.
