<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF ROADWAY AND HIGHWAY

<br />EASEMENTS (PF12-007)

<br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville acquired a public roadway and highway easement by a
<br />10
<br />Quit Claim Deed dated April 29, 1959, and filed on June 7, 1960, as Document No. 1511814, in
<br />11
<br />the Office of the Ramsey County Recorder, on, over and across real property located in
<br />12
<br />Roseville, Minnesota; and
<br />13
<br />WHEREAS, a majority of the property owners abutting those portions of said public
<br />14
<br />roadway and highway easements legally described as follows:

<br />That part of the east 10.00 feet of Lots 6,7,8,9 and 10, Block B, TWIN VIEW,
<br />16
<br />according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder,
<br />17
<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, as described in Quit Claim Deed, Document Number
<br />18
<br />1511814, recorded June 7, 1960, which lies southerly of a line drawn parallel with
<br />19
<br />and distant 168.18 feet northerly of the southerly line of said Lot 7, Block B,
<br />20
<br />AND

<br />That part of the west 10.00 feet of Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block C, TWIN VIEW,

<br />according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder,

<br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, as described in Quit Claim Deed, Document Number

<br />1511814, recorded June 7, 1960, which lies southerly of the easterly extension of
<br />25
<br />a line drawn parallel with and distant 65.50 feet northerly of the southerly line of
<br />26
<br />Lot 7, Block B of said TWIN VIEW,

<br />have filed a Petition with the City of Roseville requesting the vacation of a portion of said
<br />28
<br />easement; and
<br />29
<br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice having been given, as well as
<br />30
<br />notice having been mailed to all affected property owners according to Minnesota Statutes and
<br />31
<br />Roseville City Code, a public hearing was held by the Roseville Planning Commission on July
<br />32
