Communications PIan — Consider Approving the Imagine Rose- ville 2025 Communications Plan Council and Subcommittee member Roe sought clarification from the City Council on the discussion held at the last meeting and some is- sues remaining unresolved: 1) discuss the Council andlor key staff conducting community group presentations or discussions; and 2) dis- cuss an ongoing role for a steering committee for communications and other Irrcagine Roseville 2025 aciivities and implementation of tha.t vi- sion. 26 Mayor Klausing opined that he was supportive of the general concept 27 of the communications plan; and that the ongoing role for a steering 28 committee seemed prudent to encourage ongoing community-wide 29 participation. Mayor Klausing was l�ss enthusiastic about endorsing 30 each specific point of the proposed plan, but was supportive of grant- 31 ing flexibility for sta�f to work with the steering committee on de- 32 tailed recommendations for or against each of t11e proposed aspects of 33 the plan. 34 35 Counciimember Roe noted that, if a steering committee was sup- 36 ported, the Council would n�ed to approve the appointment process, 37 role and charge for such a committee. 38
