No persan shall possess, <br />display, consume, or use nonintoxicating malt Iiquors, except in designated <br />picnic areas." In order io regulate the possession, display, �onsumption, <br />or use of nonintoxicating malt liquors and provide for impro�ed enforcement, <br />_ the following policy is in.effect: - <br />_ .. , . . . .;,__:__ . , . : .�, . . <br />Pqiicy Statement: It zs the policy of the Roseville Parks and Recreation� <br />Department that the designated picnic area as specified by ordinance wii� <br />be aIl of Centxal Park, except that area'east of Dale Street and the area <br />. of ti�e speedskating r�nk. Nonintoxicating malt liquor will be peranitted in <br />the designated picnic area in single-serving containers only, except as <br />provided below: <br />Nonintoxicating malt liquor wi11 be permitted in other �han single-serving <br />��` containers, i.e., ke s or barrels b ermit onl <br />g Y p y, such permit to be issued . <br />by the Parks and Recreation Qirector.
