Obtain a license from the Puhlic Works Department. Such a <br />license would be issued only when the following conditions <br />are met. <br />(a) A right-of-way permit has been obtained as per I�em 1 <br />above. <br />(b) Written permission is received from the owner of the <br />priva�.e property immediately adjacent �o the boulevard <br />bench sign. Such permission will then be assumed to <br />continue inio the �uture until noti�ied in writing to the <br />contrary by the privat� property owner. <br />(c) Frovide a certificate of liabili�y insurance to the city <br />covering claims for damages, which arise out of the use of <br />placemen� of the bench in the public rzght-o�-way, naming <br />the city as additional insur�d. The minimum limits of <br />liability shall be $300,000/$100,000. <br />(d) Pay the annuaZ fee as established in section 82.1.30 of <br />the City Code. Said fee shall be due on January lst of <br />each year. <br />Authority: Section 82.120 of the Ci�y Code �or Benches in right-of-way <br />requires such bench signs to pay an annual fee and to obtaan a r�ght- <br />af-way permit.
