Such a license <br />would be issued only when the follawing conditions are �et. <br />{a) A right-o�-way permit has been obtained as per item 1 <br />above . <br />{b) Written permzssion is received from the owner of the <br />private property immediately adjaceni to the boulevard <br />newspaper machine. Such permissa.on wi11 then be assumed to <br />continue into th� future until notiiied in writing to the <br />contrary by the private property owner. <br />{c) Provide a certificate of liability insurance to the city <br />covexiny claims for damages, wh.ich arise out of the use or <br />placement of the vending machine in the public right-of-way, <br />naming the city as additional insured, The minimum limits <br />of liability shall b� $300,OOfl/$100,000_ <br />(d) Pay the annual fee as establishecl in 5ection 121 of the <br />City Code. Sa�.d fee shali be due on JuJ.y lst of each year. <br />Authority: Section 82.140 of the City Code for Newspaper Vending riachines <br />in right-of-way requires that each machine shall obtain a right-of-way <br />permit. A license niust also �e obtained as per Section 121 for license. <br />Seciion 31.060 requires that permits for work done within the public <br />right-�,f-way be obtained.
