There is also connectivity to W3 to the south throu�h a 12-inch <br />CMP. <br />An upland buffer of native vegetation could be planted upslope of the wetland on the south side <br />to replace the iurf directly adjacent to the wetland basin. The recommended width of this buffer <br />is 25 feet to provide pretreatment of the adjacent turf area. It would be a good location for <br />educational si�nage regarding buffers due to the pedestrian traffic and proximity to the <br />arboretum area. <br />Purple loosestrife in this basin appears ta be at a manageable level to be spot sprayed.
