The northern portion <br />has severai large open water areas. Reed canary grass dominates most of this basin. The open <br />water areas contain duckweed and cattails. Other vegetation in the basin includes arrowhead, <br />swamp milkweed, cattail, and sandbar willow. The wetiand receives drainage from W2, W3, <br />W5, and also receives hydroloay From Bennett Lake by culverts under Victoria Street. A 56-inch <br />pipe under Ca. Rd.
