Even though ball fields su�ound the basin it has a high plant diversity that allowcd it to have a High/Medium ranking. The species tn this wetland include: reed canary Qrass, cattail, green bulnjsh, wool grass, soft stem bulrush, swarnp milkweed, arrowhead, spike rizsh, water plantain, duckweed, smartweed, purple loosestrife and fox sedge.
