Police Civil Service Minutes <br />November 30, 1994 <br />page Z <br />Look into the peer review and check it out with the <br />vendors to see haw it cauld become more reliable. <br />Olson's desire to have at least 2 companies bid on the <br />testing process and have them come to a commission <br />meeting for oral proposal. <br />Those same concerns wer� echoed by other commission members. <br />2. The cammission decided to set the meeting about 2 weeks from <br />now to obtain further infarmation on 3 or 4 local companies <br />that conducts assessment center promotion testing. At that <br />time the commissian would review th�m to pick out 2, or <br />possibly 3, ta attend a future commission meeting and explain <br />their pracess and proposals. <br />3. Commissioner King was going to check with the State Patrol to <br />see who does their pramotional testing. Alleva is going to <br />check for some local companies in addition to P.D.I. and the <br />Institute far Forensic Psychology, to see wha would be able to <br />provide assessment cenier promotion test processes. <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 14, 1994 at <br />5:00 P.M. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />King moved, Weidenbach seconded that the meeting be adjaurned at <br />5:55 p.m. Ro11 Call: All ayes. <br />RespectfuZly submitted, <br />, .� <br />�'. �`'J ^ 1/ ��';± � ..
