Commissioner Brisbois <br />211 agreed�stating this was valuable information that was passed along to others in the community. <br />212 <br />213 Preliminary Discussion on Commission's Role and Possible Responses to Community <br />214 Concerns Raised Regarding October 8 Police Traffic Stop <br />215 R.,�1>.�+h.�ll Dl.,.�.�.-_(T;,�,o ro,.�.,;,, �.cn r.,,.� Chair Grefenberg indicated two Commissioners <br />216 requested this item be placed on this evening's agenda. He commented the role of the <br />2l7 Commission could be discussed regarding this matter. <br />21s <br />219 Commissioner Brisbois explained � two residents had � sent emails regarding this <br />22o matter and wanted to see the public educated regarding this � incident, and her intention <br />221 was not to police or investigate the details. She stated traffic stops were a huge subject and <br />222 further information should be provided to the public. <br />223 <br />224 Commissioner Thao wanted to see the HRC respond in some way. <br />225 <br />226 Commissioner Singleton stated he reviewed the police report. The person in question had a <br />227 conversation with the Chief of Police and the matter has been handled satisfactorily. He did not <br />228 see there that there any further problems due to the fact the vehicle that was pulled over was <br />229 done so within the confines of the law. <br />
