In September, many times you have selected a Saturday for your meeting that primarily consisted <br />of a tour of the parks. If you decide to choose August for your tour, then your September meeting <br />could be on your typical first Tuesday, September 3rd. If you decide to have your August meeting <br />on the first Tuesday of August, then you may want to consider a tour in the month of September. <br />In November, because of Election Day, your meeting must be moved. At this point, the City <br />Council Chambers are available on Thursday, November 7t" or Thursday, November 14t" <br />Attached is a draft calendar. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss and set annual meeting calendar for 2013 <br />5.
