He questioned how the HRC wanted to proceed with <br />this matter. He suggested no action be taken. <br />Commissioner Thao indicated the HRC could take no action as the letter was sent to the City <br />anonymously. <br />Commissioner poneen suggested the HRC investigate the concern raised in the letter and not <br />worry about responding to the letter. <br />Chair Grefenberg noted he spoke with the HRA Chair Dean Maschka regarding the matter. �e <br />. . ' The <br />comment was simply stating that young families were moving into Roseville. He supported <br />Commissioner Brisbois' recommendation to discuss at a future meeting op lic�on �e <br />� respondin�to communications from the public. <br />City Manager Malinen indicated this may have to be done on a case-by-case basis, especially <br />when comments were sent in anonymously. <br />Program Planning Committee Report <br />Commissioner Thao recommended a program list be updated. <br />Outreach Committee <br />Chair Grefenberg requested each member seek friends who were interested in receiving <br />information from the HRC via list-serv. <br />Ms. Curti stated members of the public would be able to sign up electronically in the near future. <br />Chair Grefenberg questioned how to get more people interested in serving the community. <br />Commissioner Groff stated people in the community were not interested in assisting or helping <br />unless projects ar programs deeply interested them. <br />Youth Commission Task Force Report <br />Commissioner Dao stated on Friday, November 2°d an informational meeting was held to <br />educate youth on the voting and election process. She stated a small group attended the <br />informal, non-partisan event. <br />Commissioner Siliciano commented the Human Rights History in Minnesota DVD would be <br />shown at a future event by the Youth Commissioners. <br />
