1. Since all items have been completed as outlined in the policy regarding final project <br />acceptance, staff recommends the City Council accept the public improvements constructed for <br />the first phase of this development. <br />Staff also recommends that the new public improvement contract and amendment to the <br />easement maintenance agreement be approved.
