including but not limited to the preparation of the Feasibility St�dy; the preparatian of the <br />Plans and Specifications; the cost of advertising for opening and accepting or rejecting <br />bids; the preparation of the Assessment Roll; and the cost of holding a Public Improvement <br />and Assessment Hearings. Such deposit will be refunded by the City in the event that <br />actual construction of the Improvements is commenced. The Petitioner understands and <br />agrees that the City of Rosevilfe shall have the right to draw, in whole or part, on the <br />deposit for the purpose of reimbursing itself for any and all costs incurred by the City if the <br />lmprovements are not constructed or the Public Improvement Project is terminated for any <br />reason. Prior to drawing upon the deposit, the City agrees to make a good faith attempt to <br />provide reasonable notice to the Petitioner of its intent to do so. lf the amount of the cash <br />deposit is inadequate to pay such costs, the Petilioner shall pay the cieficiency. No interest <br />shall accrue to the Petitioners on the cash deposit. A!I financial obligations of the <br />Petitioner hereunder shall be joint and several. <br />The decision whether to order the preparation of a Feasibility Study, approve a <br />Public Improvement Project and approve an Assessment Roll for the Project shall be within <br />the sole discretion of the Roseville City Council. <br />Signature of Property Owners: <br />; ,��� .�.� �- �- /8�- �� <br />
