exceed $102,905 (salary and benefits) and will be a prorated quarterly transfer from the HRA Fund to <br />the City Community Development Fund. <br />Finally, the Roseville Community Development Director serves as the RHRA Executive Director. The <br />RHRA Executive Director provides oversight management of the HRA actions, programs, budget and <br />activities with guidance from the RHRA Board. It has been determined that 15% percent of the <br />Community Development Director's time is spent on RHRA matters. Accordingly, the 2013 RHRA <br />budget has allocated $21,063.00 to pay for the RHRA Executive Director's services to the City <br />Community Development Fund. This amount will be transferred from the HRA Fund to the City <br />Community Development Fund on a prorated quarterly basis. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />The Roseville HRA will pay the City up to $163,040 for fiscal services, administrative staff support and <br />the services of the Communiry Development Director.
