�lib <br />� <br />February 14, 2013 <br />Attachment D <br />MWAR210 <br />.� YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD <br />OUR COMMUNITY <br />ROSEVILLE PARKS B RECREATION <br />RENEWAL PROGRAM <br />RE: Parks and Recreation Renewal Program - Sidewalk Projects <br />Informational Open House February 28, 2013 <br />Dear Roseville Resident: <br />As a part of the Parks and Recreation Renewal Program that is currently underway, staff <br />has developed preliminary layouts of a proposed six -foot wide sidewalk along the <br />following street segments: <br />• The north side of County Road 13-2 from Lexington Avenue to Rice Street, <br />• The east side of Victoria Street from County Road 13-2 to County Road 13, and <br />• The west side of Victoria Street from County Road 13-2 to the existing sidewalk at <br />Prince of Peace church. <br />To present the proposed project and answer questions, we would like to invite you to an <br />open house: <br />5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursdav, February 28, 2013 <br />City Hall- Oak Room (lower level) <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />This is an open house where staff will be available to answer questions about the project. <br />At 6:00 p.m., there will be a brief presentation about the Parks and Recreation <br />Renewal Program. We encourage you to attend this meeting. We look forward to <br />meeting you and discussing the project. <br />The majority of the field survey was completed last fall. In the next several months, as an <br />additional part of the field survey, underground utilities such as cable, gas, electric, and <br />phone will be marked with flags and spray paint in the boulevards so that we can collect <br />information on where these utilities are located.
