March 20, 2013 <br />Item 5 . a.2 <br />Community Dialogues <br />o Small groups where these stories are shared and themes, patterns <br />and compelling ideas emerge. <br />o The themes, patterns and compelling ideas are shared and <br />harvested within the large group. <br />o Questions will be asked to move into action and/or identify what <br />further information people would like - which sets up the second <br />gathering. <br />3. Dates and location <br />• April 30 and May 14 were determined as best dates, after Carolyn <br />checked the availability of the Rosewood room at the skating center. <br />• Each gathering would run from 6:00 - 9:00 pm, with a light meal served <br />from 5:30-6:00 pm. <br />4. Design team <br />• The group felt that it would like to include someone from the police <br />department and someone from the school district. Ariella suggested that, <br />ideally, this design team should be no more than six, so an addition of two <br />more would work well. Corey Yunke from the Roseville police will be <br />invited. Gary will explore who from the school district would be most <br />appropriate. Others offered to explore possibilities too. <br />Ariella will be seeking a co-facilitator. <br />5. Next meeting <br />• We will meet on Monday, March 4 from 3:30 - 5:00 pm <br />
