Mr. Mark Rancone, Roseville Properties, indicated to the <br />120 <br />Planning Commission that clarifying such an auxiliary/accessory use is essential <br />121 <br />to the existing limited production and processing uses and the the number of <br />122 <br />trucks split permitted and conditional made sense; a number of his sites/uses are <br />123 <br />limited by parking spaces that they can utilize.
