It is anticipated that the cost of this new position including benefits will be $93,000 annually in the first <br />33 <br />year. Roseville’s share of the cost will be approximately $15,000 and is incorporated into the 2013 Budget. <br />34 <br />Similar to other employee positions, the person in this position will also be eligible for cost-of-living <br />35 <br />adjustments and performance-based salary step increases as they acquire additional skills, knowledge, etc. <br />36 <br />37 <br />The Council is asked to consider establishing this new position so we can address immediate IT support <br />38 <br />needs in Roseville and the Metro I-Net group.
