Holt, staff indicated that because of the importance Roseville Residents place <br />171 <br />on their Parks and Recreation system, that at some point, the consideration of a Park Board may <br />172 <br />be advantageous for Roseville. Asguided by the recently updated Master Plan it is suggested <br />173 <br />that Roseville consider a Park District, which is not currently allowed by State Law.
