Proposers may submit up <br />to ten references (See evaluation criteria). References will be asked <br />to complete a survey rating the proposer’s service. <br />2.05 <br />. All proposals must be sealed and delivered to the Administration <br />Date <br />Department Office at City Hall no later than 4:00 p.m. CDT, , <br />2013, to be considered eligible. See Section 10 for details on how to <br />submit a proposal. <br />2.06 <br />. The City will form a proposal review committee to review and <br />analyze the details of the qualified submitted proposals (See <br />“Evaluation Criteria” section of this RFP). Finalists will be invited to <br />Date <br />interviews with the review committee to be held the week of . <br />Following the interviews the committee will recommend a top <br />Contractor to the City Council. <br />2.07 <br />. Upon direction from the City Council, City staff will negotiate terms <br />of the agreement with the top-ranked Contractor. If negotiations with <br />top-ranked Contractor are not successful, the City may then initiate <br />negotiations with second ranked Contractor, and so on. <br />6 <br /> <br />
