2. Comment: Both Lake Johanna and Little Lake Johanna are listed on the State's <br />303(d) list of impaired waters. While this is addressed in the SWMP, it should be <br />noted that for projects that directly drain to impaired water, the MPCA is now <br />using its Section 401 authority to review those projects. <br />Response: Comment acknowledged. <br />3. Comment: The RCWD is concerned about the parking lot feature to be built in <br />the northwest shoreland of Little Lake Johanna. There re two reasons for this <br />concem. One reason is the close proximity to impair,� T ater, and the second <br />reason is due to concerns regarding constructio u� �tructure in the lake area <br />buffer which also has steep slopes. � y� <br />Response: Comment acknowledged.
